3. Pay attention to check the cable joints at ordinary times. If the joints of the load cell, junction box and weighing indicator are found to be loose or it has been disconnected before, we must use arc welding to weld it and seal it with sealant.
4. If you are using a foundation pit truck scale, we need to check the drainage pipes and water outlets regularly, and if there is snow and water, we must deal with it in time.
In addition, in order to prevent the electronic truck scale from freezing and the frame to be unable to achieve weighing, improve the application range of the electronic truck scale in cold areas, and reduce the failure rate, anti-freezing measures must be taken in some extremely cold areas, such as adding pressure-resistant sealing strips etc.
